Team Euphoria is more than a triathlon team. Team Euphoria is a dynamic sport specific group training program designed to help you meet your personal goals in supportive, fun team environment.
What are you training for?
Our unique multisport approach will help raise your fitness level for many endurance sports. Team Euphoria can help achieve your goals with the following events:
- Triathlon
- Duathlon
- Running (5k, 10k, Marathon)
- Cycling
- Trail Running
Training Schedule
Team Euphoria’s group training sessions include:
- Monday morning indoor cycling sessions
- Saturday morning “brick” workouts (cycling and running)
- Wednesday morning track work (summer only)
- Pool and open water swim sessions
- Supplementary group fitness classes
What are your goals?
Although Team Euphoria is a group experience, each member has unique goals. Coaching and training plans are tailored to help you achieve your goals, whether you’re training for your first tri or aiming for top rank in your age group.

Facility and Services
Euphoria Health and Fitness is ideal for multisport training. We feature:
- Top of the line equipment
- Unique training techniques
- Trail running around premises
- Bike rack on site
- Less than a half mile to Rocky River Reservation that includes access to over 75 miles of running and cycling paths
