I joined Euphoria gym in October of 2009 and ever since it’s been a whirlwind event. My initial goal was to lose weight and get in physical shape. It took me about 3 full months before I started to see the positive aspects of working out on a regular basis. Most importantly I lost 33 pounds with another 12 – 15 to go. As the weight came off I started to be able to do more aerobically and I joined Team Euphoria. I’m not sure where this new adventure will lead, but I am very pleased with the results and the team atmosphere at Euphoria. Never say it’s too late to start on a new exercise regime. In April I will turn 61 and I’ve never felt better.

My goals are to enter my first ever 5K race and do something on the bike … what I don’t know yet. I will also continue with my weight loss and body strength building.
