Team Euphoria took a long run on a warm (for Cleveland) January morning. We covered about 9.45 miles in roughly 90 minutes. 3 groups started; “A” group paced at about 8:30 m/m, “B” group 9:15 m/m and “C” group 10:00 m/m.
