Monday Morning Bike Workout

The team was on the road at 7am this morning for a bike ride. We followed one of our favorite routes; the out and back from Euphoria to the top of Brookway hill.

The route includes a little of everything. Two hills (Puritas and Brookway) and plenty of flats to sprint. The out and back covers about 6 miles total, and most of the team was able to knock out three sets before the end of the morning.

The team has a few more workouts until the Huntington Sprint Tri this weekend. Stay tuned!

Rev 3 Demo Day

Long Bike yesterday! Kyle, Val and Shannon attended the Rev 3 Demo day.

Val and Kyle biked 67 miles completing a FULL loop of the Ironman Bike Course plus an additional 11 miles.

Shannon completed her longest bike ever by doing the full loop plus 2 miles (58 miles) PLUS she swam over a mile before she started the bike! Shannon is becoming an Iron Girl! Go Shannon!

It was a long HOT day for Team Euphoria. The bike ride started at 96 Degrees and reached 100 degrees by the end of the ride! The heat took a toll on us but we completed what we set out to do! Great job Shannon and Val!!!!!!
