It was a great morning for a ride and run through the park for Team Euphoria. Our ride took us nearly 15 miles south into Strongsville for a total of 30 miles on the bike. After returning to Euphoria from the ride, we set out on a 5k run back into the park.

Team Euphoria will be racing in the Cleveland Triathlon this Sunday to support Team Euphoria member Matt Cox who is racing on behalf of his son Ben Cox and United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland.
