Team Euphoria was at the Girls with Sole LULA 5k this morning at Beachcliff Market Square in Rocky River. Many team members ranked top in their age groups. Girls with Sole is an organiztion that uses fitness and wellness to empower the minds, bodies and souls of girls who have experienced abuse. They offer a large variety of fitness and wellness programs, including yoga, dance and traditional team sports to girls who need someone to believe in them so that they may believe in themselves.

The team was together on a perfect Saturday morning for a bike/swim/bike workout. The 2 hour workout started at Euphoria where we jumped on the bikes for a 12 mile ride through Rocky River Reservation into Rocky River to the Euphoria private beach. George Vale from Sailfish Wetsuits met us at the top of the bluff and set each of us up with an awesome Sailfish wetsuit to use during the swim portion of our workout.

After a 45 minute swim that included some sprint work in & out of the water, the team was back on the bike for the ride back to Euphoria.
