Team Euphoria’s workout for March 27th incorporated a 45 minute indoor cycling session followed by a 10k run through the park. We used a criterium race simulation video as a base for our training which jumped through a variety of resistance levels and cadences.
In preparation for the Bridges to Recovery 5k on Sunday, the team ran a sub-9 minute mile pace through the park for a total of 6+ miles.
