Warm Up

10 Minute warm up & strength using kettlebells and Bosus
Indoor Bike Session

25 Minute bike doing various drills:

    15 second speed drills
    Single leg strength drills
    8 minute Time Trail
    5 minute seated climb
    Standing sprints

Outdoor Run

The team was broken into 3 groups for a 90 Minute Base Training Run:
A. Group 8:30 m/m
B. Group 9:30 m/m
C. Group 10:00 m/m
